we had cheese sandwiches and my own style of garden salad… 😀 healthy ha…doctor told us no oil, no fry..simple+healthy food only… hehehe…well here goes the recipe. Amiza..mudah jer..try la buat..sedap oooo

400 gm of round lettuce
some cilantro—really make the difference!
1 ripe tomato
1 1/2 tablespoon of lite mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of lime juice
2 tablespoon of thai chilli sauce
a handful of pan fried beef/lamb >to ur taste

>>mix them well and wallop!! ready to eat in just 7 minutes …

and as for dessert…i made simple chocolate brownies.. tapi tak dan nak makan pun 🙂 simpan in fridge jer…
