i love eating burger!!!! i really do.
the stuffs u need:
- 500gm of minced chicken (can use beef/lamb if u want)
- 1 large onion-chopped
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- some chopped fresh coriander
- black pepper/white pepper
- a handful of grated cheese- the more the merrier
- 2 potatoes-finely sliced and deep fried (season with paprika and salt)
how i did it?
2. mix all the ingredients expect for the potatoes
3. make 5 patties
4. grill the patties (4 mins each side; make sure u got the char marks
5.fry the thinly sliced potatoes
serve with hot toasted bun, pickled cucumber, top with sliced cheese and potatoes
